1. About Forkit Browser

Forkit Browser is a privacy-focused, portable Chromium-based browser modified specifically to bypass Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) systems used by ISPs and governments to detect and block encrypted traffic (SNI-based blocking, TLS fingerprinting, etc.).

It is a fork of Ungoogled Chromium with additional patches that make your HTTPS traffic extremely difficult to distinguish from regular browser traffic, even under the most aggressive DPI systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

The developers of Forkit Browser shall NOT be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this software, including but not limited to:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Updates and Modifications

Forkit Browser disables automatic updates by default for privacy and stealth purposes. You are responsible for manually updating the browser if you choose to do so.

8. Third-Party Components

Forkit Browser includes:

• Ungoogled Chromium - Chromium without Google integration
• uBlock Origin - Pre-configured ad blocker

These components are subject to their own licenses and terms.

9. No Support Guarantee

This is an open-source project. While we welcome contributions and feedback via GitHub Issues, we do not guarantee technical support or response times.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Forkit Browser after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
